Staxa will do that. Delivery is free to Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne. Please contact us about delivery to other locations. We may charge additional delivery charges to other locations.  Delivery is through a third party transport provider. They will liase with you about the delivery details.

No. Once you bid, it is a binding contract. If you have bid in genuine error, such as entering $200,000 instead of $20,000, please call us immediately on 1800 277 446 or use the contact page.

Yes, anyone in Australia can bid, but they must register an account and must reconfirm their registration before participating in an auction, Registration is free and easy to set up.

Not normally, but there may be some exceptions if we do not deliver to your area. Please call 1800 277 446.

Many products for auction can also be ordered directly through Staxa, but not necessarily at auction prices. Please call our friendly Sales Team on 1800 277 446.

All lots are sold “as is”. If some product is slightly damaged, this will be in the description. If you are unsure if the product is suitable for your purposes, please call 1800 277 446.

The auction platform is automated. Priority goes to the person who first registered their bid.

Our auction platform features an anti-snipe system. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the timer is automatically extended by 5 minutes until bidding stops.

This is similar to a traditional auction, where the auctioneer keeps the bidding going until no further bids are offered.
